We always recommend that your rental property is kept in good working order. But things can and do go wrong and that unexpected call in the middle of the night from distressed tenants or during your busy work hours is not only concerning, it can also be expensive.
Lack of power or heating and impaired security act as important reminders of your responsibilities as a landlord. To help alleviate the strain of these demands placed on you, we can provide our landlords with Emergency Assistance that includes:
- The cost of contractors call out and labour charges
Parts and materials up to a maximum of £500 (inc VAT) for each emergency in connection with:
- Security of doors and windows
- Plumbing
- Lost keys
- Cooking system
- Roofing, down piping and guttering
- Electricity supply
- Central heating
- Cover can be extended to include unoccupied properties
